Sweet Songbirds Another adorable couple samples!

These two samples are another fun addition to my swaps. 

The one on the left was created by Jack Pine Designs. I should have taken a picture of the inside of this card as it had a tree branch with the lovely blossoms inside it. Did you notice that the colors on the card are 3 of the New In Colors for 2022-24. Can you tell which ones they are? The one on the right shows off the Sweet Sorbet color. Did you notice the Designer Series Paper? That is the a sample of the New DSP pattern. Carrie McHale is the creator of that card.

He's The Man Suite He's All That Bundle.

 He's the Man Suite has some great Designer Series Paper. The stamp set bundle is called He's All That.

One of the things that helps make your project more eye appealing and easy to create is Designer Series Paper. When you use the DSP, take advantage of the colors that are in the Paper for your cardstock. Stampin' Up! a list of the colors that help you know what works great together. 

One of my least favorite colors in the Cajun Craze. Well except for Fall Colors. In this Picture the creators all used the colors from the DSP to choose their card bases. And you guessed it, it is Cajun Craze. They all look great.

Which one do you like best?

Did you notice the dies in the set? These dies can easily be used for all your projects and I love the fact that most all of them can be used for  greetings on your cards. 

Wild & Sweet Page 87 of the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog 2022-23

When I look through the catalog for the first time, I was so excited with this set. I love nature and animals so I knew this was on my must have list. There were some fun samples I got and wanted to share with you. Hope you love this set too!

The super cute card top left was created by Carol Payne. I had to share the inside of the card with you too as I love it when the inside of swap cards have something added.  The 2nd card down on the left didn't have a name with the swap but it is very cute. The black and white card  was created by Carol Johnson. She used the 3D Fern folder on the basic black layer for additional texture. The little Koala with the black nose and pebble by the tree was created by Annette Wauchop. And the Hello you was the one that I made for the Swap. I particularly like texture, color and a little sparkle. The circle under the Hello You is a sample of the Parakeet Party Glimmer Paper. Which one of the animals is your favorite?

Sweet Songbirds! Have you seen this adorable stamp set on page 31 of the Annual Catalog?

 

Oh my aren't these little birds cute!

The first card on top was created by Judi Anderson. Love the little notes with the bird singing. The fun Designer Series Paper is from the Hues of Happiness. Oh my goodness if you haven't seen that DSP check it out on page 132 as it is beautiful. Wait until you see a future post on the great swaps I got with that paper. 

The 2nd card down was created by Carol Payne. I love this card. The colors coordinate so beautifully and are from the the New In Colors. I like how she embossed with the 3D Merry Melody on the Parakeet Party cardstock. The inside of this card is just as beautiful as the outside. How many of you want to see that?  Makes me just want to sit outside and listen to the birds sing. 

The last card was made by Laura Milligan. I once again love the New In Color of Tahitian Tide. The Stitched with Whimsy dies she used to add the little trail around the card adds such a simple and whimsy touch to the adorable card. And don't you just love a little sparkly with the matching metallic woven ribbon!

The Annual Catalog has already started off with a Big Bang!

 Sun Prints has been one of the most popular Suites in the Pre Order. It was one of the sets that I had to get because of the  beautiful Designer Series Paper. I had to get the 3d fern embossing folder to help show off this set and give texture to the projects. Wanted to share some amazing swaps from this suite.

The names of the artists that created these projects are next to the cards. If there is no name then it would be one I created. Hope you love these as much as I do. 

How about the He's The Man Suite!

 Check out this fun suite. One great thing about this suite is the Designer Series Paper that has 2 sheets of Die Cuts for your card making or scrap book needs.

The card on the top left was created by Kim Allen. I love how she layered the saying on top of the other die cut elements and added the Rust Metallic dots. The next card down was made by Kathy Johnson. The flames were so awesome and made with the Tulip Punch. Great idea don't you think? The 3rd card down was created by Leslie Bumgarner. I love the colors and texture in the card. I love how she stamped on the Soft Succulent Cardstock and made her own Designer Series Paper with the stamp. Not sure if the picture shows it very well but then she ran the Soft Succulent through the 3D Timber Embossing folder to give it some great texture. The Hello Card was created by me. I used the Designer Series Paper to the card. I stamped directly on the new 3D Fern folder to give some color to the 1st layer of the card. the Tent was from Campology stamp set and the fern was from Nature Prints stamp set.
