This is such a cute Christmas Card set. I would say a non Traditional set but I do have friends that live in the WARM states and they see Palm Trees and Cactus, where we see snow her in Minnesota. These cards could be perfect for some of those friends.

Joy to You and Hand Crafted Element Dies.

Joy to You Stamp set!

I was looking at this page and didn't even notice the dies on the top right corner. Hand Crafted Elements dies. I think I looked at the sayings and the cards with the sayings but didn't even notice the dies until I was trying to find what the die was as it was on another card I got in the swap. Once I noticed the dies, I saw them being used on the cards in the samples. I have to say I really like how they used the saying with the ornament die. I love how Stampin' Up! gives us samples. I would not have thought about extending the ornament with putting the saying inside, or the floating ones on the Wishing you a very merry Christmas card. 

Have you ever heard of the saying CASE? It stands for Copy and Share Everything. It is okay to do that. They do say you should add the name of the original creation as Inspired by ... as proper etiquette.

Merry, Bold & Bright Suite! Did you miss the dies, like I did when going through the catalog?

Merry, Bold & Bright Suite 

Another fun and bright suite. These swaps are so cheerful. I think this DSP could be awesome on packages, as a bag for a gift, or just a fun Christmas card. On the card on the left I couldn't find the dies that were used. I finally found them on page 21. Almost one of those hidden gems in the catalog you cold over look. You can find these Hand Crafted Element dies on page 21 of the Mini Catalog.

I noticed the Joy To You stamp set on this page but not the dies. Maybe because the sayings were so large. Then I noticed the dies on the card samples and and thought what a unique way of using these dies. They are worth a look. Check them out.

Hope this gives you some incentive to check them out. I really like the ornament card and how they used it.

Joy of Christmas Suite

Joy of Christmas Suite! 

There are so many Lovely things in this suite. The Designer Series Paper uses much of the Traditional Christmas colors. I love the Specialty Paper with it's Gold shimmer through it. The embellishments of Musical notes, Holly and Rhinestones would make a fun shaker card along with a little sparkle to a project.  The Stamp sets have some nice sayings and the dies can add some beautiful dimensions and lovely holly, berries and greenery to any card or package.

Hope you like this Suite as much as I do. I know a few people that are musically inclined and might really like a Christmas card with some musical notes or bling on them. How about you? Do you have some friends like that?

Graceful Deer! I think this is a hidden treasure in the catalog on page 21.

I love how Laura made this card! This is not a typical style card I would make and I just love it. This is one of the things that I really like about swaps, stamp camps and hostess clubs. You get to see different styles from other creators. I didn't show you the inside of the card but there was a circle similar to the one on the right hand side of the the page showing the actual size of the image stamped inside.

How many times have you looked at a catalog and then seen a card or project that made you need to get that item? ME...All the time.

What a fun stamp set. Festive and Fun!

Both these creators did a great job coloring their cards. I like the use of the Merry Bold & Bright Designer Series Paper form page 9. It is so fitting with this fun set.  I also like the set has a longer narrower saying as it works great for a card that has a taller image. 

What do you think of this fun set? It is nice to have a fun set to choose from instead of a more traditional set if you like that style.

Curved Occasions Bundle. Another bundle with a punch!

Check out this bundle! I love how Ruth colored the car in the sample and used the Merry, Bold & Bright DSP. Deb made her card a s a pocket card. I pulled the insert out to show you that too. I like how she colored the cake and then layered it on top of the Modern Oval Punch. I think that oval punch could be used to highlight anything that object you would stamp on it. You could even use make the punch larger by punching one side of the oval and then sliding the paper out through the punch until you get it to the size you want. Not sure how to do that, Let me know and I can show you.

Cheers to the Season and Deckled Circles.

Cheers to the Season! What a fun set to celebrate Christmas, Fall and the Cheers can be New Years, Birthday, Wedding, really any Celebration. The DSP in this card is from Joy of Christmas on page 29 of the Stampin' Up! Mini. Notice the Deckled Circle dies on the card and the samples? I might just have to go through and count how many projects have the Deckled Circle dies. Okay, I couldn't stand it and had to go look. I got 22, how many did you get?

Halloween is a great time for so many. Check out the Bag of Bones, Trick or Treat and Pick of the Patch

Bag of Bones has some Glow in the Dark paper and embellishments. I have a feeling this will go quickly and might end up on not orderable if you wait to long to get it. I know Halloween seems like a ways away but people will be ordering these up quickly so if you want it don't wait. I have the Glow in the Dark paper, what do you think I should do with it that is not Halloween?  Give me some ideas and I will share them with you. I see that the glow in the dark paper is out of stock and will not be back in until 10-2. The embellishments are out of stock until 10-25. That is a real bummer. Hopefully the shipments will come sooner. Bag of bones dies look like they are out of stock until 9-11 now too.  Not to worry, you can still get them in time for Halloween.

Tricks or Treats is also a fun Halloween set. Maybe the Glow in the Dark paper would work well with this one too. Notice on a couple of the cards have circled die cuts? Don't miss out on these new dies that will work on most any card. I Love Fall and love so see pumpkins, carved, painted, roasted pumpkin seeds. These Pick of the Patch are so cute on cards too! How many colors do you think pumpkins come in? We grew them and had blue, white, and many shades of orange.

Beary Cute Bundle Looks like another popular one.

Either my glasses are dirty or my picture is a bit bleary. I might have to take another one to see if I can get a clearer shot. See the pictures below, I think they are a little better. The creators names are by the cards. Some pretty talented Demos out there. 

I have to say I think this one will be a hit. I can see it selling quickly. There is some great DSP that coordinates with it and has bears you can punch out. Punch bundles are ones that I love as they are quick and easy. Works well for Stamp camps. What do you think, Should I use the bundle for a Stamp Camp or my Hostess Club?

 This was one of my pre orders as I love it too. The creators names are by their projects. The top fun folds were created by Sue Kempter-Miller, I noticed her post it had curled and the picture doesn't show her name.

The DSP is so beautiful in this suite. I have a feeling I will be getting another package as they make super fast and beautiful cards. Add a saying for any occasion and a little ribbon or embellishment and you are done. Maybe I will quickly put some together and share how lovely they are. Just saw on line this DSP is not available but should be back in stock around 9-11-23 I knew people would love it.  At least we don't have long to wait.

Just checking in with you today!

 I have been taking lots and lots of pictures of the swaps that I have been receiving.
